Standard response time is within 24–48 business hours, depending on current workload and the request type.

    What Counts as an Emergency
    Marketing is rarely an emergency, but if something is causing immediate business disruption, please email with the subject line: URGENT. True emergencies include:

    • Website down or checkout/payment not working

    • Account security issue (domain/email/social hacked)

    • A live campaign mistake causing immediate harm (wrong price, wrong link, wrong date)

    Non-emergencies include routine edits, new ideas, standard approvals, and requests that feel urgent due to last-minute deadlines that were not previously communicated.

    By moving forward, you agree to respect Studio 1186 communication boundaries and to use the shared Google workspace and email as the primary collaboration method. description
